New Year Updates

New Year Updates

Happy New Year! We are excited to ring in the new year with some important updates for both our existing and potential customers.

Firstly, we are happy to announce that we have signed on with SquareUp.com and now accept credit card and online payments. While have traditionally only accepted cash payments for our services and goods, we understand that our customers may not always have cash on hand and appreciate the convenience of being able to use a debit or credit card as payment. This is especially convenient for customers requesting our Remote Service option as it enables them to pay for service with a few clicks of a mouse without ever having to provide their card information directly to us. Services and products purchased using credit card and online payment options are subject to a 3% convenience fee in addition to any applicable sales and use tax.

Second, we have expanded Our Services and updated our prices. Every day we strive to offer the best quality service at competitive and sustainable prices. Despite the rising costs of parts and services in today’s economy, we have made sure to do our homework and keep our prices affordable and competitive with those of our competitors. We will also feature periodic sales to help our customers get the most “bang for their buck”, so make sure to Like and Follow Us on Facebook and Follow Us on Instagram to stay up to date with our specials!

Finally, we would like to thank our valued customers for helping us to grow and expand our small business. In a world full of franchises and large corporations, it can be hard for a small business to survive and thrive. It has been wonderful to experience the continued support and repeat business from our customers and we cannot adequately express our gratitude for the likes, shares, and referrals you all have provided! We could not have gotten this far without you and look forward to continuing to fulfill your computer, cell phone, and other technology repair needs!
