  1. Disclaimer
    1.1 Your PC Restore will only perform and provide computer/cell phone/tablets/game consoles (hereafter collectively referred to as “device”) services, repairs and upgrades as requested by the customer. We will conduct honest, reasonable, and considerate services. Our goal is to provide the highest quality service and support, but specific results cannot be guaranteed.
    1.2 Device services and repairs are provided as a service. There may be circumstances under which your device cannot be repaired and may have to be rebuilt or upgraded.
    1.3 The length of time required to service or repair your device cannot be predicted.
    1.4 Customer satisfaction is our utmost goal. All services will be conducted in a professional, reasonable, and timely manner taking into consideration the circumstances and nature of the technical problems.
    1.5 There is a potential for data loss during service or repair of your device. You agree that you have made necessary backups of your data so that, in the event of such loss, the data can be restored. Your PC Restore will not be responsible for data loss. (See para 5.3 below)
    1.6 You authorize the technician(s) providing the service or repair to install necessary software on your device to perform required services. All software will be deleted or uninstalled upon completion of the service.
  2. Estimates
    2.1 All initial service and repair estimates are free and based on your description of your device’s issue(s).
    2.2 A $35 diagnostic fee may be charged for diagnostics and troubleshooting beyond the initial estimate. This diagnostic fee may be applied towards your final service or repair cost if completed by Your PC Restore.
  3. Billing Terms
    3.1 Device services and repairs are billed as stated on the service order provided.
    3.2 An estimate of cost for work will be provided before servicing or repairing computers. Estimates are not guaranteed. Final cost will depend on the work you authorized, and the work performed by Your PC Restore.
    3.3 In the case that there is an unforeseen deviation, beyond the above estimated amount, every effort will be made to contact you and inform you of the situation and receive authorization to proceed with the work.
    3.4 In the case that you cannot be reached, work will stop until contact is established. Once reached, your decision to continue or stop will be honored by Your PC Restore.
  4. Payment Terms
    4.1 Full payment is due upon completion of services, upgrades, or repairs.
    4.2 Device parts, hardware, and/or software over $100 in value that are ordered must be paid in advance.
    4.3 Your PC Restore accepts cash, credit cards, and checks. Note: Card payments are subject to a 4% convenience fee and checks are accepted from business customers only.
    4.4 Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, serviced and repaired devices must be picked up within 14 days of service completion or may be sold to recover costs.
  5. Liability
    5.1 Our services are provided in an effort to service, upgrade, or repair the device(s) for which you request such service(s). Your device will not be intentionally harmed. The primary goal is to fix your device, not damage it.
    5.2 In the case of accidental damage to your device or data/data loss caused by already existing problems in your device such as viruses, incorrectly configured software, or hardware problems/failures, you agree to hold Your PC Restore and its technician(s) harmless from damages resulting from such problems.
    5.3 Your PC Restore will not be responsible for data loss. (See para 1.5 above)
  6. Guarantee
    6.1 All labor, parts, and products are guaranteed for 30 days from date of service completion.
    6.2 If later found that the service or repair was incorrectly diagnosed by the technician, Your PC Restore will perform the correct service or repair free of any labor charge. Only necessary parts will be charged.
    6.3 This guarantee does not cover preexisting issues for which you declined repair, accidental or intentional damage, damage caused by misuse, malware infection/reinfection, damage caused by customer-installed hardware or software, data loss, or issues unrelated to previously completed repair services.
